Rhonda's Design Co - Service Policies


Service Overview:


Rhonda's Design Co provides home styling, interior design consultations, and staging services as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Any additional requests or changes may result in additional charges, which will be discussed and approved before proceeding.


Property Access:


Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the home or property during scheduled appointments. Please remove clutter from key spaces, ensure the home is reasonably clean, and secure any pets as needed for my safety and efficiency.


Scheduling:


Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll receive a confirmation via phone, email, or text prior to your appointment.


Rescheduling:


To reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior may be subject to a $25 fee.


Cancellations:


Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.


Weather & Emergencies:


For any weather-related delays or unforeseen circumstances, I'll contact you promptly to reschedule at a time that works best for you.


Payment Policy:


I accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and select digital payment platforms. Payment is required upon agreement unless alternate arrangements have been made in writing.


Liability Disclaimer:


I take great care with every project! I am not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions, including delicate surfaces or items that were not disclosed prior to service.


Client Responsibilities:


Clients are responsible for informing me of any fragile, sentimental, or high-value items that require special handling or should not be moved. Please notify me of any concerns before your scheduled appointment.


Quality Guarantee:


Your satisfaction matters. If you are not fully satisfied with my work, please contact me within 24 hours so I can promptly address any concerns or adjustments.


Limitations:


My guarantee does not apply to results impacted by factors beyond our control, including pre-existing conditions or client-requested changes made after service begins.
